The Women's Organisation (formally Train 2000 Ltd.) is an innovative organisation that provides quality enterprise and employment services for women. The organisation also works to influence local, regional and national policies in order to improve the economic position of all women.

Background & History

The Women's Organisation (formally Train 2000) was established in 1996 in response to an identified need for accessible and quality economic development programmes for women on Merseyside.

Rita Bebbington

As one of the founding members of The Women's Organisation (formally Train 2000), Rita Bebbington devoted much of her working career to women's enterprise.

Service Quality

We have a continuing committment to ensuring service quality and has been recognised as a leader in Women's Enterprise Development by Liverpool Vision and Knowsley Borough Council.

Impact Measurement

We aim to deliver high quality services, which make a real impact in people's lives. To help us achieve this, we monitor and evaluate our performance on a regular basis, seeking out ways we can improve in all areas of the organisation.
