The Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.
We will not pass your details onto any third party unless you give us permission to do so.
What information do we collect?
We currently collect three kinds of information from visitors to this site:
- Feedback by email
- Site usage information
- Registration and enrolment to our online learning programme.
We welcome your feedback. You can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you send The Women's Organisation (formally Train 2000) an email asking for information, we may need to contact other organisations to find that information. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we may keep a record of your messages for our own reference and audit purposes.
Site Usage Information
You can set your web browser not to accept cookies but, if you do this, you may not be able to use some sections of the site effectively.
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. We can analyse log file information from all our visitors in order to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it.
Log files do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify any individual patterns of use.
What happens when I move to another site?
We do not pass on any, personal, information, that you may have given us, to any other site.
