Social Accounts
To ensure equal opportunities is at the heart of Train 2000's programmes, regular Social Accounting is undertaken. This is a process whereby the agency is able to assess its own performance and the impact achieved in relation to the organisation's stated objectives. Clients and other stakeholders are surveyed to find out their perceptions about a service. Outcomes of Social Accounting audits are then used to further develop and improve organisational performance.
As a social economy organisation, Train 2000 also undertakes additional consultancy work thereby contributing to its own long term sustainability.
