The virtual office options allow complete flexibility for the business woman to choose from a range of services to meet her needs including access to the private Wilkinson Business Suite.
Wilkinson Business Suite
The Wilkinson Business Suite provides an office away from home in a shared facility. This contemporary designed semi-circular room is equiped to meet your office needs including printing and copying facilities; desk-top computers; lap top hub; locker units. The layout includes space for meetings and chill out areas. Cooled, filtered water and tea and coffee making facilities are complimentary for platinum members.
Business Club Membership including to regular special events, inclusion in web and social media promotions. Access to free wireless internet access in the Centre.
Silver:£15 per month
For the business woman that wants to locate her business in prestigious building, and requires flexibility as to when she hires space for meetings and work stations. The Silver option includes the Bronze package plus use of 54 St James Street as registered company address. Your business name will be included in internal business signage and publications Our reception team will receive and hold postal mail for collection and welcome your visitors when notified in advance. 10% discount on meeting room bookings withion the building.
Gold :£49 per month*
For the business woman for whom a Liverpool telephone number is important, but doesn't need to be tied to a desk all day , the Gold offer combines the bronze and silver packages plus dedicated land line telephone number (DDI); voice mail and message forwarding to mobile or e-mail service.
Platinum: £99 per month*
For those business women that require an office desk for limited days per month and access to office services such as ICT, printers and copiers in a shared, modern environment. The Platinum service incorporates bronze, silver and gold packages plus up to ten days per month access to the Wilkinson Business Suite per month including complimentary drinks and photocopying.
Our aim is that our Business Services will contribute to our virtual tenants' business success. A friendly reception team offer a professional welcome to tenants and their visitors. Photocopying, additional administrative support and telephone answering services are all also available.
We offer a first level of generalist ICT and telephony support through our Administration Team. For more advanced requests for support we work with our service delivery partners to meet specific tenant needs.
Meeting Room Hire
We have a range of meeting room styles throughout the building both formal and informal available for meetings of two to 150 people. The rooms have a range of high specification audio visual facilities and video conferencing equipment for your meeting and seminar needs. We offer a fully flexible service offering hourly, half day or full day rental. Virtual office tenants receive a discount on the standard rate.
Sustainability is integral to the building design which is in line with BREEAM Excellent standards. All rooms have opening windows for natural ventilation as well as locally controlled heating and cooling systems.
On street parking is available free for up to two hours for visitors and tenants; we have limited car parking spaces which can be reserved in advance for disabled visitors. A bicycle store and shower facilities are available for cyclists using the building.
In 2012 Liverpool City Council has introduced the Baltic Triangle Parking Scheme which makes available Business Parking Permits to tenants of the area at an annual charge of £50. Further details available on request.
Building access is currently 8.30am - 9.00pm Monday to Friday. Additional opening hours upon request.
A new café development will be opening on the ground floor in Summer 2012. 54 St James Street is a development of The Women's Organisation which works for women's economic progress.
