Business Advice
Whether you are a woman who is thinking of becoming self employed or starting a company or if you are already in business and would appreciate some help and support, a member of our team of Enterprise Enablers will be happy to sit down with you to talk about your business in a one to one session and offer you advice and guidance.

Business Training
We offer free business training courses and workshops for women. Contact us to find out more information and course dates.
Business Planning
This course is for women considering starting a business. Sessions offered either in the daytime or the evening will help you to understand the key elements of planning for your business and give you the tools to write your own business plan.
Basic Bookkeeping Skills
This lively and interactive session improves and enhances your book keeping skills. This practical half day workshop will introduce you to some simple techniques and systems to help you record your income and expenditure.
Tax & National Insurance
An introduction to tax and National Insurance for the self employed person. Delivered by a member of HM Revenue and Customs Business Support Team, you will find out what you need to do to keep on top of your tax liabilities.
Promoting & Selling Your Business Online
Helping you to consider how best to use online tools to promote your business, including evaluating the need for a website, looking at online social networking & other free tools and understanding e-commerce functions for selling online.
Develop your Business Skills (Stockport only)
This 1 day course helps women who have just started their business to understand the basics of Book keeping, Tax & National Insurance, Sales & Marketing and Websites.
Thinking About Business?
If you are looking for a new start or are thinking about being your own boss this course is for you. For adults from across Merseyside aged 19 or over who are not currently working.
