WICED has already secured ring-fenced investment from Liverpool City Council (LABGI) and ERDF and a loan from Futurebuilders totalling £5m and has secured the site for development, which is owned by Liverpool City Council, on a 125 year term lease.

The new building is scheduled for completion by December 2010.

  • Increased numbers of new women's enterprises
  • Greater growth, productivity and sustainability of women owned enterprises
